I can't help but feel deeply disheartened by this entire experience. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for over 30 years. However, when I asked for his name, he reluctantly told me it was Michael. To make matters worse, Michael's was difficult for me to identify him. ![]() I was taken aback by his dismissive and disrespectful attitude. Michael callously brushed me off, claiming that there were numerous people ahead of us and even suggested that I find another bar if I couldn't wait. Frustrated, I mustered the courage to inquire about our order. Michael started serving other groups that arrived after us, completely disregarding our presence. ![]() What followed was an infuriating display of favoritism. Although I found this odd, I reluctantly agreed to wait. To my surprise, he informed me that a group of five individuals who had just sat down were ahead of us in the queue. I politely approached Michael and requested two Michalobe Ultra beers for myself and my brothers. However, our evening took a turn for the worse when we encountered Michael, the bartender on duty. ![]() I arrived at 6:15 PM on June 7th, 2023, with my two brothers, hoping to enjoy a drink and catch up since we live in different states. My experience at the lobby bar today was incredibly disappointing.
